If you’re on a desktop, you can easily share a window or your entire screen through your web browser, as long as you’re on Chrome or the latest version of Microsoft Edge. However, this free version is only available for those without a paid, commercial Microsoft 365 subscription. Microsoft Teams now allows you to join a meeting even without an Office 365 account. Teams can access all the perks in the free plan and subscribe for more, including 10GB of file storage per user for $4/month each.
But now, Microsoft Teams offers free chats, audio, and video calls, and gives you 5GB of personal storage (per user) for one-on-one calls. In the past, Microsoft Teams was only available to businesses as part of a subscription.
